Our Story

We are Yasi and Rochelle, originally from Sri Lanka and now proud to have called the UK home for over 24 years. Our journey has been shaped by rich cultural experiences, professional achievements, and, most importantly, a shared passion for food and community.

Yasi holds a master’s degree in Digital Technologies and has worked at a senior level with leading organizations across the UK, bringing strategic expertise and a drive for excellence to everything he does. Before moving to the UK, Yasi spent 9 years as cabin crew with SriLankan Airlines, traveling the world and immersing himself in diverse cuisines and cultures. This global experience sparked a  deep  appreciation  for culinary  artistry  and  cultural       connection.

Rochelle holds a master’s degree in Creative Studies from Central Saint Martins, London, and is a creative powerhouse—a gifted artist and designer with years of experience in the fashion industry, including running her own ethical and sustainable fashion brand. Her creativity extends beyond design into the kitchen, where her ability to combine flavors from around the world is nothing short of magical.

Food has always been central to who we are. Growing up in Sri Lanka, we learned early on that food is more than just nourishment—it’s a way to express love, kindness, and connection. In our culture, food is our love language, a way to bring people together and create lasting memories. This philosophy has stayed with us throughout our lives, inspiring us to share our culinary creativity with others.

We’ve traveled extensively, exploring cuisines from all over the world, and our experiences have taught us how to blend flavors in unique and exciting ways. Over the years, we’ve become known for our ability to craft extraordinary dishes that surprise and delight. It’s not just about creating meals; it’s about creating experiences that leave people smiling and coming back for more.
